- After the option date expires, the above offer will be automatically canceled. Subsequently, bookings will only be accepted based on prior email requests and subject to availability, and the above prices and conditions will no longer apply.

Parking Fees
- Car: 15 Euro / night
- Bus: 20 Euro / night
In case of no show or late cancellation, the full amount of the ordered services will be charged as a penalty.
Payment Terms
- 100% prepayment: The total cost of the ordered services must be paid no later than 8 days before the planned arrival.
Meal Options (excluding drinks)
Lunch/Dinner:
- 2-course served: 16 Euro / person / occasion
- 3-course served: 19 Euro / person / occasion
- 3-course buffet: 25 Euro / person / occasion (minimum 30 people)
Drinks:
- Glass of wine or draft beer: 3 Euro / person / occasion
- Soft drink or mineral water: 2 Euro / person / occasion
Cancellation Policy
- 22 days before arrival: No penalty
- 21-17 days before arrival: 50% of the total service cost
- 16-11 days before arrival: 70% of the total service cost
- 10-8 days before arrival: 90% of the total service cost
- 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total service cost
Partial Cancellation Policy:
- 21-17 days before arrival: 50% of the services can be canceled without penalty
- 16-11 days before arrival: 30% of the services can be canceled without penalty
- 10-8 days before arrival: 10% of the services can be canceled without penalty
- 7 days before arrival: The full amount of the ordered services will be charged as a penalty (100%)
