Kenji Ushiro Sensei 2nd Budapest Seminar

After five years, we have the opportunity to host Sensei Kenji Ushiro in Budapest again. As with the highly successful open seminar in 2019, this year's seminar will be open to a maximum of 65-70 participants. The topics will be designed in a way that even outsiders, people who do not practice martial arts, can actively participate. Of course, the martial arts community is highly encouraged to come.

As an organizer, my goal is to bring native Hungarian-speaking budoka and karateka from all over the Carpathian Basin to this event. Please pass this information on to your potential acquaintances, preferably with their students. There is no age restriction for participation, and there is no belt grade limit.

We welcome applications from teams from many countries and places will fill up soon! If you haven't yet encountered Sensei Ushiro's style and lifestyle program, there is a wealth of information online.

Mission

Ushiro Sensei's mission is to bring the world of "KI" energy, which contains the foundations and wisdom of harmony, human behavior and balanced living, to as wide an audience as possible. A Japanese-Hungarian interpreter will be provided, and of course an English interpreter will also work on the programme. The seminar's movement material will be light workload for all ages, even those who may have limited movement skills. Form exercises and breath-movement synchrony are built up. There will also be opportunities for pairs exercise at all levels, and a separate group programme for advanced learners.

Opportunity to join

The Soshinkan Ushiro Karate Do organization has been operating in Hungary for many years, and a limited number of people can join, with individual assessment, even teams. Attending the seminar in October is a great experience in itself, but there is no obligation afterwards. We, the organizers, are sure that Master Ushiro's program will create a "wow" experience that will change the everyday life of the participants.

Saturday evening presents an opportunity for a communal dinner (Sayonara Party) and a conversation with the Master, which will take place at (place will coming soon). The event is self-funded. Please indicate your intention to participate in advance via email.

There is a discount on the seminar fee for children under 16.

The full program fee includes a cold lunch on both days, as well as soft drinks and coffee.

No photos or videos may be taken throughout the entire event.
